Nylon Hand Pads – For Use With Diamond Fusion Glass Restoration Products
Our nylon hand pads are designed specifically for use with our Glass Restoration cleaning products. While they may look similar to a household pot scrubber, they are not the same thing — these pads are purpose‑made for controlled mineral stain removal and surface preparation on glass.
They’re excellent on shower glass, balustrades, windows, and many other surfaces where gentle but effective cleaning is required.
How They Perform
- Typically, you’ll use one to two pads for a mildly marked shower.
- Pads can often be rinsed and reused a couple of times, depending on the severity of the staining.
- For heavier mineral marking, a fresh pad will always give better results.
- Colours may vary (usually white, sometimes light blue) and shapes may be slightly irregular — they are cut from bulk supply, not factory‑die‑cut.
Why These Pads Work So Well
These pads are slightly softer than our white nylon drill pads. This makes them ideal for hand‑use with Restore Mineral Stain Remover, allowing you to:
- Hold more product in the fibres
- Control pressure more precisely
- Let Restore do the work rather than relying on abrasion
If you need a more aggressive hand pad, choose the white nylon drill pads instead.
Important Restoration Notes
Any restoration work on existing glass carries a risk of uncovering or worsening pre‑existing damage. Always proceed with care.
Restoration aims to avoid replacing the glass, but the glass cannot be made “new” again — it can only be improved.
Sizing & Price
Pads are approximately 100mm x 75mm. Because they are hand‑cut from bulk sheets, minor variations in size and shape are normal. Price is for one pad.
